PYSANKY - aka Ukrainian Easter Eggs

Come learn the art of Pysanky! Use wax and dyes to decorate real eggs. Learn the ancient wax resist art to decorate real eggs. Participants will plan out a design and then learn to use a stylus to write melted beeswax on an egg shell and then add alternating layers of dye and wax to create a beautiful design. Each participant will complete at least one egg during the class period which will be approximately 2 hours in duration. Class will be taught by local master of the art, Chris Spencer. No experience necessary!
